چکیده
Abstract The major challenge in skin tissue engineering is the creation of physically and functionally suitable extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffolds. A manuka honey-treated polyvinyl pyrrolidine (Mh@PVP) composite was successfully electrospun to produce nanofibrous scaffold that aids rapid growth ECM serves as a vehicle for drug delivery. Different characterizations namely SEM, XRD, FTIR were utilized elucidate fabricated scaffolds (ENS). By increasing concentration honey (Mh) formula, mechanical, tensile, conductivity properties (PVP) solutions significantly improved. As rose, width direction ENS produced altered. For wound healing, honey’s ability heal wounds faster may be boosted by higher PVP concentration, which makes more easily incorporated. Because its burst-and-continuous methylglyoxal release patterns, last up seven days, Mh an excellent choice helping body’s healing process. vivo assessment Mh@PVP nanocomposite nanofiber mat demonstrated substantial increase keratinocyte expression, reflecting great high regenerative healing. Most significantly, there no scarring associated with hair regrowth. This can mimic characteristics stimulate development. Graphical abstract

Development of Chitosan/Poly(Vinyl Alcohol) Electrospun Nanofibers for Infection Related Wound Healing
Chitosan is a cheap resource, which is widely used in biomedical applications due to its biocompatible and antibacterial properties. In this study, composite nanofibrous membranes of chitosan (CS) and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) loaded with antibiotics at different ratios were successfully fabricated by electrospinning. The composite nanofibers were subjected to further analysis by scanning elect...

In this study, a blend mixture of chitosan-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (CS 2 wt%-EDTA) at a weight ratio of 30/70 and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution (10 wt%) was electrospun to produce fibrous mats with lysozyme (10, 20 and 30 wt%) used for wound healing. The morphology and diameter of the electrospun fiber mats with and without lysozyme were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)...
